Fatemi Residential Complex

The excavation and stabilization project of the Fatemi residential complex, located at Fatemi Square, was designed and implemented using methods such as nailing, anchoring, braced retaining structures, and corner bracing at a considerable depth of 17 meters. Furthermore, the impossibility of drilling to a depth of 7 meters on the street side due to urban infrastructure and the complexity of excavation due to the presence of highly collapsible soil categorized this project as complex and challenging. The excavation and stabilization operations of this project were fully conducted in compliance with technical and safety requirements within a period of 3 months
