This project involved the design and execution of wall stabilization operations using nailing, anchoring, truss shoring (retaining structures), and corner bracing methods. Given the presence of high-rise, sensitive buildings in the immediate vicinity and the encounter of groundwater at a depth of 16 meters, the stabilization process was executed with a specialized, risk-based approach. The entire operation was completed in 90 days, in full compliance with all technical and safety standards.
